Fix a little. Train the range. Test it like the game.
Practise according to the needs of your game, not the size of today’s frustration.

What are we planning?
Plan today’s practice
Build a session around your time, current concern and the demands of your next round.
Pre-round warm-up
Playing today? Enter your arrival and tee time, see the plan once, then put the phone away.
Build my week
Weekly planning comes next, once the single-day system is tested.
My practice log
Review completed sessions or return to a practice session that is still open.
MY PRACTICE
Practice log
Return to an open practice or review previously completed sessions. Record patterns, not fixes.
Completed sessions
Single day plan
Plan today’s practice
Long practice block. Two hours is the maximum single practice plan. If you do another long block, aim for at least a one-hour reset between blocks.
Warming up immediately before a round? Use the separate Pre-round Warm-up from Home. It is deliberately shorter and does not use Repair → Develop → Test.
ROUND DAY
Pre-round warm-up
Three inputs. One simple plan. Then put the phone away.
ROUND DAY
Your pre-round warm-up
No timer. No check-ins. No post-warm-up review.
Today’s plan
Fix a little. Train the range. Test it like the game.
Warm up before you practise. Start with easy movement and build swing length and speed progressively. Going straight into full-speed swings while cold can increase injury risk. Stop if you feel pain.
Your practice history
Review your practice plan below. When you’re ready to begin, press Start practice.
Foundation + flex. Your current concern can influence today’s plan, but it does not replace balanced development across the game. The bigger goal is better golf and lower scores.
Remember: Record patterns, not fixes. We learn how your game responds to different problems, environments and practice conditions.

Tip: Short sessions sharpen feedback. Long sessions add noise.
Practice timing
Does this look right?
Only active practice time is counted. Walking, changing areas and setting up between activities are excluded.
Post-practice review
How did the practice behave?
Record patterns, not fixes. We don’t record swing thoughts here. The goal is to learn how your game responds to different problems, environments and practice conditions — not to build a library of swing fixes.
Capture a pattern across a group of attempts — not one poor shot and not a library of swing thoughts.

What your recent practice is showing
Practice loop: Intent → Action → Outcome → Feedback → Adaptation. Adaptation does not always mean changing something. Sometimes the pattern says keep going.
Record patterns, not fixes. We are building a picture of how your practice behaves over time — not a catalogue of swing thoughts.
